Probably a dumb question, but I can't figure out how this build causes bleed with the Sword tree. Obviously Starforge doesn't have a bleed chance like Disfavour. Am I misunderstand the basic mechanics of how bleed works? To me the wiki reads like it needs a base chance... I know I'm missing something I just don't know what.
