[3.20] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Anyone able to give me direction at this point?

My resists aren't capped. I just replaced my rings to have more int, and picked up a helm with increased int.

But I still get one-shot by some things. Like T16 Waterways boss just wrecks me. Atziri kills me super quick, too. I'm unsure what to really do at this point.

I only have 100c and 6ex to play with right now. What do I look towards next?

Atziri is a special snowflake, she takes 10 respec points to faceroll.

Just switch your witch ascendancy from occultist to elementalist, beat her down, then switch it back.

Is there a trade channel where I could have someone craft me the 6% attributes on my chest piece? Or does someone on here have the recipe to craft it for me?

What about other bosses? one of the delirium guys, the one that looks like an eye on the map, usually wrecks me. I am certain I wouldn't be able to complete the simulacrum.

I have the recipe. So do several others on this forum. It usually takes about 15-20 "of Hillock's Veil" chests (search for that affix specifically) to learn the recipe yourself.

Both of these bosses, in addition to the Racecourse boss have reflect mechanics, an yeah, reflect will take you out all the time unless you spec for it with reduced reflect, a no-damage from reflect sextent, or a respec into elementalist. As for other bosses, no real trick other than to increase your total energy shield, get Overlord from a jewel (if possible for the fortify) and run in circles around the boss. It's typically pays to stay right behind them at all times, and use your mobility to avoid attacks.

This league has ruined the game for me....

Just finished another simulacrum where I didnt get a high roller voices jewel or split personality but consolation prizes including a Samurai's Eye Card (200c) and an enriched Chaylua Breachstone (100c) ontop of the mountain of other stuff like blighted maps and divine orbs etc.

How the fk am I supposed to go back to spamming Zana missions to sell guardian fragments after this, this is cruel and unusual.

Also, just bought an ilvl85 250ES helmet with 50 INT on it.

Well, after upgrading my rings, and re-shuffling my resists a bit, turned out that I didn't need the crafted resist on it.

So i yolo-slammed it with a Hunter Orb, and YAY, got me a 9% increased INT :D

I was not impressed by mapping experience with this build. Everything changed when I started to use spell cascade in my staff. It feels amazing.

could someone take a look and advise why my dmg is so low

I feel i have decent enough gear, but I am frequently dying and really struggling to kill even the conquerors, in simulacrum I die and manage to clear 20 waves in the last portal.

looking at others who have easily over 40k tooltip dmg, I am sitting on 10k(with spell cascade) and 24k in POB. i blew all my alterations just getting 2 decent jewels.

any advice is greatly appreciated.
