I'm having trouble working phase run into my build. It always seems like I never use it. When I do have the charges, endurance or frenzy, it lasts a short period and when I attack it lasts for one second. Should I increase the quality of that gem or increased duration? I don't really understand how I generate the charges Any good information I should read or just look it up? Thanks for the great guide.

The frenzy charges are generated per kill via Blood Rage. Phase run lasts until you attack something. Honestly i don't use it ... the only time when i need it is between packs but simply using a quicksilver flask is so much easier and better ( no slowing down for casting animation , no loss of valuable frenzy charges etc. ).

Thats the thing ... none of the available movement skills/buffs are good enough. And that's why i just use Quicksilver flask with extra movement speed mod rolled. That's it .. it works good enough for me and in my opinion it's all that you really need.
