do you have problems in the fog?

i just start mapping with 5k es and 1300 int(resistance are ok 80+) but i always die one shotted in the fog ;/

No ascendancy really give something we really want for this build anymore. Scion gives a good bit of what we want in addition to 60 base intelligence + 5 Passive Skill points :)

After a few rerolls already, I decided to go back to WI, hi ^^

Not going to lie, leveling wise, this has been one of the worst builds i have ever started with. The damage is just underwhelming and with the damage being somewhat low ofc the leech also sucks.

I'll see how endgame looks but so far it's pretty underwhelming.

Granted i'm only on a 4 link tho, so eh.

It seems you haven't been paying attention to the build guide. Your gems / links are wrong, you are missing all the defence setups (CWDT), your gear doesn't have INT which is the main source of damage, you skipped skill duration nodes near the start (skill duration = damage as it allows stacking more icestorms).

I highly recommed getting the cheap uniques that can be found at the leveling section at 58 CI part. Those really help with the attribute requirements and damage.

If you don't have 6 socket staff don't use a 4-link and don't use Inspiration or Spell Cascade. It is better to use Cyclone + CWC linked and use the other two sockets (preferrably unliked) for concentrated effect and elemental focus.

Currently im fine i think, mapping is good, but the fog is very dangerous.. but i struggle more with blighted maps, failed 4 times in a row :( i feel like i have to skip them due to the heavy lag from mobs and spell cascade, really hard to build tower under the lag pressure :( but single target is super huge without spell cascade

I was preparing to play this build since methamorph. And I am not disappointed. Totally no issues with league mechanics, at least up to t7 maps. I have 5k ES and something around 1.5k int. Never felt so good doing hard content.
