Hi awesome build!, just one question, if i don´t have yet the keystone and the jewel should I stay with the belt of deciever or the soul tether is better all around?. thanks in advance for the replay

" well what's budget? You need new weps, new chest, new helm (with non shitty enchant), basically you need a lot better gear. At the start of the league i dont want to jump on the Cyclone-Train, but now I want to try this out before GGG nerfs this into the stoneage.
