Oh i didn't even had any bleeding flask equipped at all :D That was the problem. Thought our ascendency is enough but with anti bleeding flask it was easy now.

so I get 28% from Jun/Hillock, then add rank 3 quality from bench, 6link and only then start crafting, right?
