Yes there were people even doing bugged out TWINNED uber elder in 3.2 before it got patched out and also before this build was buffed like crazy. Some people like using purity of ice as a defensive aura for that fight.

Yeah having the same issue here. Stop attacking for 3 seconds = life is already draining away with blood rage active.

And yes Brutal Fervour is taken lol

Life flask or writhing jar. Good to use if you're running lab too. However you should be quick enough clearing maps it shouldn't be that big of an issue. If you're going around searching for the last 50+ monsters just let BR run out
