So, what should i use from pantheon? Some people say about lunaris and some about arakaali and how should i upgrade them? If arakaali, can someone explain me, how does it work and why is it good for this class?

Lunaris if you wear a Death's Oath.

Otherwise, Arakaali.



When using Blood Rage, if you have a CWDT + Immortal Call setup every time it procs you stop taking damage from Blood Rage itself (which is considered damage over time and it's physical damage). So the Herald of Thunder upgrade is massive because it boosts our recovery by 50%.

Recovery includes 3 things:

- Life Leeched per second
- Life gained from flasks per second
- Life regenerated per second

Our life leech is normally capped to 20% of maximum health pool. Slayer's Ascendancy boosts that cap to 30% and the Hematophagy cluster brings it to 38%.

Arakaali's Pantheon gives another 50% increase to that value (so you add 38% to its 50%, i.e. 19%, to a total of 57%).

It's a clever way to bypass the leech per second cap. It will probably be nerfed in the future, at least in its value, but it's a very strong mechanic at the moment.

Agreed in 100%, you lose stats, attack speed, life for armour whitch stacking above some point is not that good.

I saw djnat saying our life leech per second is 38% of our max life. Could someone explain to me how is that possible? From the tree I only see 23% of max life leech rate

Baseline, life leeched in PoE has a cap of 20% of your max life per second.

You take 8% from the Hematophagy cluster and 10% from the slayer ascendancy. So you go to 38%.

Brutality deal no chaos damage

200% life leech apply to enemy as chaos damage. Seem The retch has no effect?
I tried to replace The Retch to another belt, and i feel no diffrent about the life leech. Any idea of it?
