Block incin and stuff *Discontinued due to Incinerate nerfs*

It is perfectly clear at this point that GGG has decided to utterly destroy Incinerate, the same way they have done with Elemental Proliferation. All hope is vain.

For what its worth, and because some people told me that they will still play this build in 2.1

This is the new passive skill tree

Compared to the current one, we lose 6% projectile damage from the Scion start, 6% damage from the shadow area, since we have to take Elemental Focus instead of Sniper now, which means we also lose 10% Projectile Speed. The Shadow Life nerf also hits us, so we lose 4% life from there. Harrier was also nerfed by 1% cast speed (lol)

So summarized:

-12% damage
-10% projectile speed
-4% increased maximum life
-1% cast speed

And we gain nothing.

Version of the tree taking Sniper, dropped Melding and some life from Scion, I guess thats okayish.

Triple nerf to not even very good skill when PA gets "nerf" (becouse of all the new +poison/chaos/DoT dmg on the tree ) and it will be even stronger.

Nerfing dmg, dmg per stage, tree and not being able to use spell echo is plain stupid.

If i could propose something :

Drop incinerate and go with Arc instead. Dps should be in the range of incinerate, but you would have to drop some defences or start as shadow :S

My god Incinerate is fucking horrificly bad now, look somewhere else boys.

The nerf surpasses every bad expectation I already had, by a mile and a half, Incinerate is EASILY the worst skill in the game now lol, stay the fuck away.

I wish they had had the guts to remove the gem from the game. It would have been more honest to players.
