Can tweek a few things, like grabing extra ES (big circle) or mana (Charisma) or extra crit/crit multi (Pressure Points). Taking the 6%iAS from the scion's start is also a good option and actually more efficient than Haste.

"balance" can mean pretty much anything, but I do hope this build, and ele based builds in general, will still be viable. I never had so much fun while played a character.

Since ele builds in general are in the worst spot they could be right now, and ST is in the best spot, I'd say elemental ST should end up being about the same if GGG do it right.. Other skills need some love though!

I would be really curious to see what gear you have.
You're obviously using Shav's and I can hardly see you get any eva from your gear which means that you only get eva from grace. Your current passiv skills tree would bring it to around 8.5k ev. If you have some ev/es boots, shield and helmet then obviously this value can be much higher.

You only get 7k ev but you get the extra crit multi while retaining enough str to use all your gems. I've never played a pure ev char so maybe an additional 1.5k ev makes all the difference.

Also regarding clarity:
I would rather use purity of elements that would provide 38@res and make gearing much easier and more dps focused especially for the jewelry. You could compensate the lower edps of a 200pDPS dagger by getting good offensive stats on the jewelry (definetely way easier when you don't care that much about res). Even with +42% efficiency a lvl20 clarity in a no regen map isn't really helpful. And imo what's really nice about this build is to be able to do efficiently every map mods but Blood Magic.

u can link the blood rage and ID to a enhance lvl 3, will give you 12% AS....

enhance idea is cute . I kinda like the increased duration though ( i'm a lazy fucker and dps rly.... even in mf gear i had real no issues doing the fastets runs in domi pulling 6 man grps its pathetic i rly stopped caringfor the number). the reduced duration on lw though man get it if u run high lvl maps it speeds up runs by 10% easy.

2.) currently running 5k es sweetpoint max dps and rarity eq. u need the 6k of the former imho to avoid all one shots that can occur random if u exclude bosses .. one 98 rip to a 5,5k lightning warpf rom courtyard boss :D. One could easily fix that with one of those standard 600es max spelldmg shields though and go for the 2. build.

the build will work it will probably even go even more mental.

GGG dont care for what happens after 90 they really dont and have expressed so several times. They will nerf spectral so it is less omnipresent in racing and in like the 66 Map scrub part of the game though.

Just look at the latest screenshots they will introduce ELEMENTAL LEECH on jewlery. THat opens a gem slot. A gem slot on this specc are 50% more dmg .... theyd have to delete spectral or forbid it on 1h weapons to make a noticeable. Early on yes it will be weaker but as soon as u got ur gear up and running it will sitll melt faces. If i didnt play the specc for 2 months straight i'd be jizzing everywhere, though i was hoping they nerf it to the ground like they did with cleave so i can think about something new. though i fear that wont happen.

@flubby: how much dps you had when we were running 78's? I'm currently at 48k (60k if i switch pcoc for added light, which I don't like, I lose my charges too often) but I still feel reallllllly far from your dps. I can cruise through 78's on my own but I'm not even getting close to your speed and you were carrying 5 people...

whenever i ran with you i was way beyond 80+ k. Thats the sugar if u cna put in inc crit and have constant charge supply u go godmode with this specc. Most times we played together iski was also in with his +2 45% auras and antoher 45+k on the table thats another boost for grp dps and rboos jumping between 800 and 110k then.

Besides that iski had the smae feeling though even when running with you as soon as i joined the party things went cosniderably faster. But thats mostly due to inc crit id sayy dps went up to 110k with that.

One thing though while i was watching you:

you do some very nice evasive defensive plays dodging dagnerous things etc. Though u do flicker way to little. At 50k your blades rip apart anything but high life rares, though if u stand still to much you need to put out to many blades to cover the whole area and kill all mobs. It becomes a throw down the pack move, throw down the pack move style. What you should be doing is : throw out some blades (3-4) then flicker the fucking hell till you cant flicker anymore or you have so little blades out that th lakc of leech becomes dagnerous. That usually kills 2-3 packs with 3-4 blades and your positioned up for the next pack allready.

the first style results in that stuttering lightnign arrow play style. Shits dieing around the grp but you dont go into locomotive pull mode with it. If u flicker more u automatically are at the front line pulling everything (mobs/grp) behind you and having the next grp iof mobs going directly for you which is perfect for dps. I was usually like jumping into packs get em almost down then move to the next and let the grp do the rest. i think thats the part you feeel is missing. If u dont have one pulling / a grp that can finish off it becomes rly rly stressfull since u are like responsible for killing almost everything and thats slow.

rly nice dagger but my current would prolly cut it down at those very high end game lvls the aps become mad important. The multi might cancel it out but im pretty sure the 2aps win still. The one i alced looses to my current one which is like wtf ... ( not by a large margin though)

If I understood correctly, the league specific uniques from Domination and Nemesis will not drop in the new leagues. This essentially means no crown of eyes so no pain attunement or spell dmg from shield, amulet. Thoughts?

Crown of Eyes isn't league specific. Headhunter belt, Raven mask and the Taming circle are.
Dunno if they'll change smth about the Crown. -80ES maybe? :)

I'll just save my exalts till the patch is out and start buying everything then just to be safe cause i wont be able to buy everything at once. Cant wait for it :)
