On your helmet, you have phys taken as fire implicit - that reduces damage from Heartbounds (6% is now dealt as fire, and reduced by resists), and the reduction is enough to get you under threshold for 21 cwdt in chest.

Change the implicit, and it should work fine.

Can you please help me aswell. When i get in to 1 ring setup ice spear loop slows down for me. For 2 ring setup there is no issues but for 1 ring it slows down. I couldnt figure out why. Here is the link;

You cant really run one ring without 19/20 divergent cwdt in chest and 21/20 divergent in weapon.
both your cwdt need 3580 dmg to proc, you are only dealing 28XX dmg to yourself each cycle, so your loop will run at half speed.
(I would suggest just going for 20/20 divergent in weapon, 21 spells there are not really worth 20 div for 21/20 divergent)

As always, when in doubt, put your stats in calculator (https://returnx.github.io/cwdt/), it will tell you if there is an issue.

Guys is it normal that ice spear and creeping frost are half cast in the tool bar?
like freezing pulse etc have a fixed spam rate but ice spear is half

Hey Cahir, I'm running a similar setup to yours with petrified blood and spell suppression.
I'm wondering why you don't take MoM? Is it not just more survivability?
I love how much flexibility there is in this build once you get it up and running, thanks for the detailed post.

Hey, I change it depending on what I run - if I do something that actually requires survivability, I use it, but since I am currently sanctumrushing for some actually useful relic (flask charges, come on, gimme fifth flask)... no way to die doing that:)
Technical fringe benefit of not running MoM is loop not getting stopped by a big hit, but since without MoM you would be dead anyway, its kinda a moot point.

And yeah, I keep coming back to this build league after league, and I have yet to play same variant twice. And it´s great at eating hilarious amount of divines:)
Btw, if you didnt yet, I suggest trying phantasmal ice spear, with Ashes it pretty much guarantees hiting with second form everytime.
