Depends on how you build hiero, but the only benefit that remains unique, after they took leech and taunt from chieftain, is the slow we inflict with covered in ash.

A few things build different tho, we have easier access to defensive layers in scion's suppress wheel and block nodes, we take a little longer to get all totems but pick many QoL in the path, with placement and dmg. These are not unique features or advantages, just different progress.

I'd arguee that you could want to go Pathfinder ascendancy with high-end endgame gear and have perma flasks, which would be pretty unique to scion compared to hiero.
