You can't use chaos flasks if you use brutality.

Why not ? The bosses have more hp so they'll take longer to kill with any build. If you want a build more suited to boss killing you can also check out my other build.

This is fast and more fun while clearing maps, Gannicus is also fast but it specializes in tankiness and boss-killing.

There is nothing different between this and any other build. Get as much as you get in any other char. Most people don't get any but I hear the new bosses may need some.

The scourges give you minion damage (140% increased) but that stat also applies to you. They also give you minion speed and if you annoint spiritual command that stat also applies to you. So they increase your damage a lot more than their actual DPS. You can see all this in PoB.

You missed the slash between ID and LD. You don't use both, it would be pointless. Re-read the section.
I don't know why you only ask about this particular gem setup, I use gem A/gem B in many places in this guide.
