I imagine with unlimited currency, someone could outmake the disfavour. There are multiple mods that would be useful for us especially the suffix "Socketed Movement Skills have no mana cost". However for prefixes, we really need flaring (t1 flat phys), and Merciless (179% Phys), and celebration (27% IAS).

Merciless (and it's hybrid counterpart) is by far the RAREST mod on a weapon, followed by flaring. T1 IAS is about 1 in a 300 shot to get as well. So if someone would want to craft this, they would want to start with prefixes, then block prefix and go for suffixes. Could take thousands and thousands of ex and still not get it.

For Atziri's price-point (and Hate Splitter as the next step-up), it's really hard to beat. If someone did make such a weapon I'm sure the fee would be like Mirror+200ex or something.
