Have you considered Pulverise? Looks really strong for cyclone if the Less Attack Speed isn't too much of a hit.

My question is how are you doing any charge generation? Or do you ignore charges? Endurance charges ontop of these layers of defense would seem like an amazing option, ditto for frenzy.
