I was wondering if you have a prefered build to start a league (a "farming build"), or you just go with the build you want to try/enjoy ?

This day and age with full time job + family, I can't keep up or even think about competing with the guys that do early boss farming, flipping, or navigate around price fixers. It's just all too exhausting. I do HC leagues and do maybe 2-3 characters and just take my time. I'm not in a rush - typically leagues last way longer than we want them too anyway, and I don't really care about challenge MTX's unless they are GG (beast mtx's look like shit btw).

I'll probably just do some sort of totem build in BHC whenever I start. I typically do what is safest and cheapest. I don't really invest in the character that much, I prefer to have extra orbs in my HC stash for when I rip I can just get right back on the horse and start over again.

Not really, build and tree is pretty straight forward. Should be able to do uber lab farming with it no problem. Several people have farmed uber lab early even with a hezmana/kitava thirst axe. Just use sunder until you can equip cyclone and go from there.

I'm trying to price this axe that has phys dps with culling strike roll, but am having a hard time calculating in the dps with the gem rolls--Phys dam/Ancient. Any tips on how to properly gauge dps for fair marketing/trading? Any help would be great. Thank you. Sorry if this is off topic in the thread.

Now that new league is few days ahead, would it be better to start as sunder and then reroll to Cyclone when you can start doing uber lab? Or is it better to just go straight ahead for Cyclone? For faster leveling sunder is the way to go, right? I'm torn between going straight for cyclone or not, so would like your input on what you used to do on start of a league(I will be playing softcore this time around).

Really, I would just use sunder until you can equip cyclone. After that, using cyclone with 3 main supports will carry you pretty well through content until you get a 5l
