It may have been asked but i cant find it, how do you get 40% Blade Flurry damage on head? Eternal Labyrinth and hope for the enchant?

" yeah its named that way on its device but its more known as uber lab or uber izaro http://www.poelab.com/ you can also get the Twice Enchanted sealed prophecy so you can try 2 times to get the enchant(still low chance but i hear people do get lucky in this game lol) |

Just wanted to say thanks for the build. I'm really loving it so far. I'm level 75 and still have some crappy gear, but it's insanely fast and it's hilarious watching packs just explode after a few hits.
