I dont know, depends on your character, if you have rathpith... just look at your stats and decide for y ourself if its worth to use

Have question about Cybils Paw +8 life gained on hit by your spells mechanic.
At this moment, we got HP from several sources:
1) Life regen
2) Flask
3) +8 life gained on hit by your spells
When we are surrounded my large amount of mobs, our HP restore efficiently from CWDT -> Ball Lighting -> Firestorm. But what about single target/Boss fight?

Our incinerate hits fast several time in seconds. Does gives us +8 HP each time it hit enemy?
Also, does flame totem with CWDT will be useful against single target linked + spell echo + faster casting?
Or any other tips, which could help in fight with tough bosses?

Also, maybe got interesting idea for build:
1. Double flame totem + Cybils + SRS for HP restore?

How do you think, it can work?

I just wanted to report in. Build is going great. In fact, so great that I decided to abandon my lvl 90 Marauder completely in favor to this one. Thank you, again.

As soon as I farm up enough fragments, that mul-tittied bitch is going down! :) I had my eye on her for some time now!

What's the better gem to add quality to, in order to improve dps?

* Incinerate gives 2% increased Projectile Speed

* Spell Echo +0.5% increased Spell Damage

* Fire Pen +0.5% increased Fire Damage

* Faster Casting +0.5% increased Cast Speed

What's the best dps increase? (is it even worth it?)

I find increase projectile speed is be pretty handy, actually by far the best
