Well i'm not in tempest :D i'm in warband for now i wanted to wait before jumping in tempest ( game release are buggy sometimes :) ).
0 for sell and the only one i saw was up for 8ex wich is not my attempt for a league starter build ^^ Hf :)

Like TheDeathly said, Rathpith is gated behind ilvl 74+, always has been.
Everyones too busy dying in Tempest to get to level 74+ maps lol. Either way the build doesnt depend on rathpith, is just BiS, and makes the build completely retarded giving you capped spell block. Its something to aim for, not the base of the build, the true build enabler is Cybil's Paw. The second time I rolled the character in the Beta, I farmed Atziri deathless from level 79, until level 86 which is when i finally was able to acquire a rathpith, and nothing changed, just more faceroll than before. Still a shame there are 0 for sell atm in warbands wich is SC league.
