what does Faster Attacks do with Whirling Blades? i dont seem to notice the difference

Out of curiosity, what is the point of the low level CWDT, GMP, Ball lightning, firestorm setup? Am I missing something?

" 2 reasons, mainly visibility in hardcore and my incinerate has no quality, faster proj is good now, and removes visual clutter, same reason why i have glacial cascade linked there, firestorm clutters the screen too much, I don't wanna PK the people i map with. Hey! really enjoying the build, just a question. In the notes you said to use Anger? Why wouldn't we use Haste? Haste provides more sheet dps, also movement speed. Same Mana reserve? am I missing something?
Also... I was looking at your build preview video on youtube. You had Tempest Shield up the entire time? it expires after 12 seconds? not sure what you have linked to it to keep it up even when your not in combat. " Haste's DPS output depends largely on how much cast speed you already have, but still it's an interesting idea. EDIT: just went back in the game to test it out. Haste provided me 600 DPS, where Anger provided me 1600. Anger is clearly superior here :) Can anyone confirm whether incinerate is still bugged at high cast speeds? " That video was made in a old version of the Beta, where Incinerate had 10% damage effectiveness and Haste was better over Anger in terms of dps, that is no longer the case.
