Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page & POE 2 Arc Summary
" I just never updated the flask since acquiring an Inpulsa's, and since i don't really actively play the build right now i've never rolled a new one either. But that shouldn't matter to you, when using Inpulsa's go by what is written in the flask section. twitch.tv/enkivt

Just got Kitiva's thirst. @ level 62 and the cast speed debuff is really noticeable. I am curious how others deal with Kitiva and the cast speed reduction?

" We usually can negate that through Spirit Eater stacks and jewels in endgame. twitch.tv/enkivt

" Ah Ok thank you. I hadn't noticed that that those ascendancy points add cast speed per courpose consumed. Now it makes a lot of sense as I have not done my merc lab yet, just cruel. |

Enki, it sounds like you're not playing your Arc as much anymore, but do you remember how you kept up your rallying cry and basalt flask uptime? Just precast before a big fight and hope it ends before your 5 second duration ends? Feel like it helps that you killed things really fast :)
Xbox community is more expensive than PC, so getting items have been pretty hard starting out. About to finish act 10, just bought tabula for 10 chaos, a bad pledge of hands for 3, but only managed to 4 link it with 5 total sockets. Found my own Kitava but not going to use it until I can 6 link the staff. Having issues with mana since Mind over Matter drains all of my mana on a big hit, and it doesn't seem to restore itself fast enough, but I guess spirited response should fix that, which was why I was asking about constantly casting rallying cry before every big fight. Since Pledge is giving me such a big mana boost, I'm considering running blasphemy temporal chains, with enfeeble in Kitava instead of conductivity. I'm sure my non maxed resists and low life (4k) is partially why I'm dying right now. But I haven't even hit maps yet, so I wanted to build some defensive curses/buffers. Grabbed the +1 curse passive node since it was close to a jewel slot, and might get some reduced % reserved mana nodes later on. Please advise :) |

@Mianhaeobsidia: Usually i start bossfights with Orb of Storms, then Rallying Cry and Flasks, unless it's a boss like Atziri or Kitava where you kinda wanna avoid getting hit too often, in that case i'd just drop Orb of Storms for EO.
Arcane Surge and EO both last for about 8s, Flasks are 7-8s with 20% quality, Alchemist and Flask Duration on belt, and Rallying Cry lasts almost 13s with 20% quality and the 30% duration from Necromancer. Not sure if this works on Xbox too, but on PC you can cast Rallying Cry while holding down the key to cast some other spell. Check the second heartphase of Kitava in the Lava Lake video, i think it shows Spirited Response in action very well. Couldn't test the Wrath Mana Leech mod on Watcher's Eye with my Standard setup yet, but it might be enough on its own to sustain mana while facetanking bosses. Probably very expensive on Xbox tho. I like that double curse setup, done something similar with WM + Condu/Enfeeble last patch. Just keep in mind bosses have 60/80% less curse effect. I'd say just put both into Kitava's and avoid reserving too much of your mana pool, you will need that in higher maps. Your lifepool seems alright considering you're not in maps yet, together with 2k+ mana and block you shouldn't get too many issues. Priority right now should be on maxing those resists if any possible. twitch.tv/enkivt

so something I've realized in the last few days is that I'm probably spending more currency on trying to 6 socket my Pledge than I should be. Think I'm about 100 jeweler's in, but from the internets, 300 is the average amount. But 300 is also an exalt worth on Xbox, while I'm playing with a few chaos at the moment. The xbox economy seems very lacking though, so I haven't even seen a 6 socket Pledge, much less one at an affordable rate.
Same situation with Impulsa. What would you say is the most important stat on it to aim for? The Life? The % life explosion? I'm guessing that is what "remedy's the number of times arc can chain" you mentioned? And Impulsa, should you invest in some sources of +% chance to shock? (whereever those may be) Since Arc is at a base 10%? I definitely need to bring my resists up. But I'm not sure how to obtain such resists in this economy and also what can be sacrificed for it. I'm probably suffering from my d2 bad habits and trying to desperately have increased rarity on items, but in the end, it seems like I still need to SSF most of the resistance items myself. What alterations would you make to introduce crit into this build? I want to be able to inflict shock consistently with arc so impulsa can blow up more :) and your thoughts on its actual viability? Aiming for the below by lvl 75, any advice on what jewels to use with the new abyssals? https://www.pathofexile.com/fullscreen-passive-skill-tree/AAAABAMDAd-wghCPpkSrVa4snLzqakMI9G0Zl_SXlUyz0B_v6zsNEQ9-r40Z4BLZX92MES18g-vuhTKXLUlPvKqa4EWdU1Ic3I8auJMo-oLH-ehodNpiGFZBh7c-g8w8LYNfpwjYJFZIhW3VgSTYj0ZR-80WHxidruWLG_F-xxpsNukkqhZv42rkItWm7TyaO5_f73w8BcBmBLOiAPAfgpvsOIV7ZlQ62CcvkFUaOFnzPvHVi0oup6UEB4PbVcY6WOvkXyr-Cti934oVJ4yxm4q-T0iODeLsg9OP Editado por útlima vez por Mianhaeobsidia#1303 en 18 ene. 2018 19:04:21

With the gear you have on, how do you get anything out of Immortal Call when you are not using Warlord's Mark?
Also, at the moment I can't seem to be able to solo maps above tier 10, and even then bosses are a total pain in the ass and usually take 1-2 minutes to kill, I don't know what I've done wrong. At the moment I have a 5L Pledge and 6L Inpulsa's, I have 75% in all resistances, however I'm not using Essence Worm or Kitava's as I simply don't understand how that even works, are you able to give me any pointers? I was really looking forward to enjoy this build and doing high tier maps in my free time, but that doesn't look like a possibility at the moment. I don't have the currency for a 6L Pledge, and farming for the currency is discouraging at the moment. Yes. Editado por útlima vez por Bodomi#2100 en 18 ene. 2018 21:12:09

@Mianhaeobsidia: This actually used to be a crit build for the longest time, but i gave up on that since Patch 3.0. It just takes too much investment for a 5% base crit spell, pretty much needs all the base crit investment you can get through other Ascendancies and specific gear affixes, without that i wouldn't recommend it.
We'd reach about 50% crit chance at most, which isn't really any better than just picking up shock chance. Arc got 10% base, another 10% from 20% quality, Conductivity gives up to 14% if you use it and passives give 20-25%. Or you get a Vessel of Vinktar for 100% chance regardless of all that, as long as you're in range. The explosions are also Inpulsa's most important stat for us, since they get scaled by all our lightning damage % and elemental damage % modifiers. Having double the base damage from a 10% roll compared to lowest roll makes a huge difference there. Resistances should actually be pretty easy if you got Haku, Elreon and Tora leveled up, each of them can add them pretty cheaply if there's an open suffix slot. Rea up a bit on the "How to buy cheap gear" section to find out how to identify open suffix slots before buying. The tree looks alright, just noticed you didn't pick Whispers of Doom there. If you dropped the double curse idea i'd recommend don't go for that 4-point jewel socket investment, and put it into the scion life wheel instead. Abyss jewels didn't really bring any exciting mods for us, so just stick with anything similar to what you'd get on a normal jewel. Life is a must on each, and then either cast speed or lightning damage and if needed any resistances or mana stuff. Shock effect and 2% Penetration can be situationally nice too. That response got pretty long, hope you don't mind. And good luck with your Pledge, if you need more Jewelers you can also convert Alts for them at whoever the currency vendor in town is. @Bodomi: Immortal Call has a base duration, Endurance Charges just substantially buff that. I'd like to take a look at your char to find what may cause the issue, but your character tab is hidden.
