@cunning5tunts: Don't need to replace any link on Arc for Herald of Thunder, it's a seperate buff skill you just activate to gain its bonus at the cost of some mana reservation.

At your current level i recommend just check drops or vendors for already linked stuff with the colors you need, then craft with low level essences you may have picked up, or with transmutes + alterations + augmentations to get the resistances you need. Having Haku and Elreon leveled up will also enable you to craft some resistances or life for cheap.

Of your current gear, only thing i'd recommend to use jewelers + fusings on are the Wanderlust, since you may be using them all the way until you gear for maps. If their itemlevel is 25 or above (press alt while hovering them), they can get 4 sockets/links, otherwise you'll be limited to 3.

@japsso: Faster Casting, Added Lightning Damage or Innervate would work. I'd recommend keeping Onslaught tho since it gives a nice movement speed boost.

@letmedance: I'm at 25k unbuffed hideout tooltip DPS with an almost maxed setup.

Yeah I have been changing my set up and jewel slots here and there to boost my damage. So seems like my damage is about right.

Hey there, thanks! Unfortunately i don't have another pair like this, and also don't know which league you play in. But one thing you should know about rare gear in Path of Exile is that the name is just randomly generated and that the base type only decides which affixes are able to roll and which stats are fixed on the item (the Armour and Energy Shield in this case).
If you want to look for a similar pair you should completely ignore name and base type, and just go by the affixes which are written in blue at the bottom.

Hello, thanks for keeping up with replying to your build so much. If I wanted to remove spell echo from Arc (I really dont like the way it feels when Arc casts a second time, I feel like my character is lagged, but I love Arc without it) what would you recommend in its place? I am planning to use Agnerod West as well, so I dont get the inherent Echo from the preferred staff.

@Vess219: Unfortunately, nothing really. Lightning spells usually need high cast speed due to their high damage range, otherwise you might get stuck with a few slow casts on the lower end of damage range.

But don't worry, it will get better the more cast speed you get through the ascendancy, passives and gear/jewels.

Why Arcane Surge Support recommended level is 8?
At this lvl Gem require 41 mana to trigger, but linked skills: Orb of Storms (28 mana@20)
and Flame Dash (30 mana@20) cost together 58 mana?
Why not lvl up Arcane Surge Support to level 9 when required mana is 51?

We can gain +1% Increased Cast Speed this way.

Flame Dash and Orb of Storms are both active skills and their mana costs don't affect each other, however both get increased by the mana multiplier on Increased Duration.
This brings Flame Dash to 46 mana cost and Orb of Storms to 43 mana cost, which assures to proc Arcane Surge each time we cast either skill.
