You didn't take the Champion of the Cause wheel when i look at the posted tree .. strange .. :/ .. still 110 points spent.
Anyway .. yea Ranger is absolutely possible and it wound't be bad. For cyclone tho i'd say Duelist is better because the physical damage nodes really make a difference while with infernal blow it's not really worth it to stack % physical damage from the tree. One thing really bothers me with the ranger tree tho ... the life regen seems low .. and it really helps a lot in many situations ( poison clouds, bleeding, burning, small fast hits from spells especially physical damage spells, even desync and lag ... etc etc ... ) "I'm going to show you pain you never knew existed, you're going to see a whole new spectrum of pain!!!!! tho 11 points spend to get Iron Reflexes + 20% max life seems .. like a bit too much .. given that for the same points you can get another 5% block , 90% defenses from shields, 15% all res, 20% life, 1% max fire res, 8% fire res and 24% armour .. and using determination really is superior to Grace + Iron reflexes .. especially now with all those shield armour nodes. Yeah. The Life Regen is low (I have an Ice Shot Ranger with very little Life Regen and it really is problematic sometimes). I might tweak it a little bit, possibly when they release further updates to the skill tree.

Well even so .. i don't know mate ... i'm pretty sure that you'll get more if you just run determination and don't go on the left side of the tree ... even with crest of perandus ... after all Lioneye's remorse is cheap and easy to find but it's a map only drop so it might take some time until you can get one in a new league.
