[3.26] The White Wind | Frost Blades | The Snowblind Grace

I haven't tried to optimize my timeless jewel, but if I would do that, I would search for some life in priority. I don't think crit chance and crit multi are a priority.

Patch notes 3.26

Two nerfs incoming for this build :
- Frost Blades proj will deal 30% less dmg
- Frost Blades of Katabasis dmg will be nerfed.

But the build should remain playable, thanks to the Tincture in particular, and the huge buff from Unbound Avatar.

Here is a preview video of the changes for 6 of my customs builds in 3.26.

* Added a 2nd Tincture. With both active, DPS is tripled.

* Added the Snowblind Grace armour : Arctic armour has no reservation and 50% inc buff effect = take 30% less dmg from phys and fire hits while stationary + immunity to Freeze.



* Optimized the tree here and there for more EHP.

Actually, you don't feel the nerf to FB proj dmg. And the nerf to Katabasis is irrelevant, as the skill is only used to put some chill on enemies and proc Trinity.
