" Yeah, but I’m not at home right now. I went to copy it from PoE ninja now that I’m high enough level to be on there. For some reason it’s saying character not found. Maybe you can find it on your end. If you search Elementalists using Burning arrow you get about 6 hits in total. My build choices are quite a bit different from the cookie cutter it looks. Defensive chest, different flasks, different ascendancy nodes. I’m the only one going the convergence route. Incidentally, I don’t think the site calculates the 30% DPS boost from Convergence, because it’s not up unless you hit a unique monster. Would you mind explaining what the lethal pride does for us in the spot you slot it? It doesnt show me what it turns the passives into on profile. And how to search for the correct on on trade please? THank you!

" You can't search for the lethal pride on trade unless you know the exact number of it. And it has like tens of thousands variations. Some people attach notes to them and list what it gives and which notables. But most of the time you have to buy them in bulk and try them out and sell them back or buy a lot of divine orbs. I've given up on this build . I had all the core items , awakened gems , clusters and still was struggling haaarddd with single target. Their is so many things that have ailment immunity now and staying alive was tough. The golems seemed useless dps wise and their perks weren't very noticeable. I wish I tried this build pre global nerf.

" It is a bit of a struggle now. I’m not sure what you’re getting at about so many things having ailment immunity. The only ailment immunes I’ve ran into were unique Atoll map which specializes in mobs with random ailment immunity. You might have been running red maps with -70% chance for mobs to get hit by ailments. I generally reroll that one and no others except players cannot regen occasionally. DPS was cut about 5 times with the 3.15 patch, I don't think it is worth investment now. Yet if you has it from the last league it still plays comfortable on yellow maps. Defences are about the same level.

" I logged onto my Ultimatum char to check this. It looks like her DPS was cut down by a factor of 2-3, not 5. It feels about right on my new toon. Maybe it's not all that bad if you change a few more things, for example I noticed PoB shows me Awakened Added Chaos Damage is now one of the best support gems for ignite damage.
I don't have the time to go through every optimization sadly, otherwise I'd try to post a list. |

" I just checked this for myself, as well as the cold and lightning variation “x to x” support gems. None of them resulted in more DPS than my weakest multiplier (swift affliction). They were somewhat close to competing. Perhaps this is because I already have tons of flat damage via multiple abyssal jewels. I may check again if I drop some of them. So I figured I’d give an update to my experience with this build now having been 3 weeks into 3.15 and actually gotten my gear to a decent level. I’ve finally managed to set myself up with the ability to speed-farm juiced high-tier red maps, do conqs & Sirus A8 without dying much at all. I managed to level from 95-96 solo dying only twice, doing primarily Chayula/Blight farming in Lira Arthain, a relatively safe farming method for this build, I think. I wasn’t too stingy with the map mods either, averaging maybe 1-2 chaos reroll per map. (-70% chance for monsters to get hit by ailments is the only absolute nogo). I’d credit my success particularly in respect to survivability, what this build lacks the most, to three major factors:
1) Dropping Lethal Pride or Brutal Restraint in favor of Glorious Vanity to get Divine Flesh with capped Chaos resistance. 2) Using Forbidden Taste with the enchantment “use whenever you take a Savage hit.” 3) Acquiring the notable “Essence Extraction” in combination with an Enduring Eternal Mana Flask of Staunching (allows you to nullify every dangerous ailment aside from poison, which you could ultimately get as a ring implicit on your Berek’s anyway. Super underrated IMO now with 3.15 nerfs). As we’re already a pure life-based build with excellent recovery, Divine Flesh is an outstanding option for increasing overall survivability. Having capped Chaos resistances enables our Stone golem to completely nullify the drains from both the flask effect AND blood rage at the same time (not including map mods). And as for Essence Extraction, it behooves me to see that virtually no one else is taking this notable. It’s the most valuable notable on the entire tree as far as I’m concerned, giving much needed mana regen, flask recharge rate, and most notably, an incredibly efficient way to deal with elemental ailments, majorly cutting against one of the biggest nerfs to our build from last season. As for offense, I’ve dropped Elemancer and Bastion of Elements for Mastermind of Discord and Heart of Destruction. There was much conjecture about us needing to change up our ascendancy choices for this league, yet every other profile I’ve looked at has stuck with the old meta. Bear in mind, these ascendancy points have no effect on sheet DPS in-game and even in the PoB last I checked but should result in effectively 50% more DPS on bosses and much better clear than going the old meta, despite what the numbers in PoB suggest. For context, given all the nerfs in 3.15, I feel like I’m currently doing about 1/3 of the DPS I did last season on my Uber-geared character, which isn’t bad at all. Anyone who does this I think can expect to have the kind of success they got with the meta last season. As for my current gear setup, the only items that cost more than a couple exalts were my chest, Watcher’s Eye, and Enlighten gem. Of those, only the chest would be truly tough to get, and I was wearing a nearly perfect Belly of the Beast before that (doesn’t need to be 6-linked), a nice eHP alternative to Hyrri’s.
