As long as you did the mine trick with the plume, the only thing can help with clear speed is movementspeed.

Here how I crafted mine:

1. Use alts until got T1 mana + T2 dex
2. Regal it (I got T2 hp, but you can aug hp with harvest)
3. Aug fire and cold
4. Used hunter orb (it was unlucky)
5. Then I used remove add influence modifier until I got Unnerve

I lvled a scion archmage for BL but I can't stand it and I'm back to my Heirophant.. only issue is in either going to dump all curre xh into this, or I go freezing pulse totems.
