CI Scion is the best with infinite currency (8+ mirrors)
LL Scion is the best budget version due to prism guardian being OP

Templar requires higher budget than scion to put out similar damage

What is my priority on whatcher's eye? i have around 15 exalted to buy this jewel

any good tips for crafting min-maxed helmet?

@zeroexp Thanks for the details on phys dmg reduction.
Indeed you can only reach 59% max. Now I see why some POB have up to 90%. They change the flask setup to get Rumi's concoction which provides 3k armor, equivalent to 30% more phys dmg reduction. So this is very likely the way to go if you want max tanking abilities!

2x 5-passive Voices, and a second aura ring. Also a better watcher's eye

Low Life Scion is the most damage by far with infinite currency.
