Desconexiones al cambiar de estancia

Buenas tardes,
Queria informar de un problema que estoy teniendo, al pasar de una zona a otra se me desconecta del juego y vuelve al menú de selección de personajes. me pasa lo mismo error join instance perdi varios mapas y ahi zonas de la mina que no puedo entrar

Si estás usando algún gateway/puerta de enlace de Europa, es probable que te esté afectando este problema:

Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema, tanto el servidor de latino america (sao paolo) como los de NA me desconecta solo al cambiar de estancia, no han dado ningun anuncio sobre eso?
