Foe Spiker claw is good but since you are asking it could be like the other one. Also craft 20% chaos damage over time multi.

You are missing accuracy.

Get (Chemist's with at lest 23% reduced charges used) Onslaught flask like in the guide instead of Quicksilver.

Changed the tree a little bit to fit a medium and small cluster. I think Low Tolerance is not worth it because our clear is already so good with PS. I went with Brush with Deah and Exposure Therapy for the awesome chaos resistance since it's one of the only thing that'd kill me through molten shell.

Is PoB working well for Vile Toxins?
I am playing Pestilent Strike/Viper strike and according to the guide the 6th link is Vile Toxins.

What I am trying to compare is lvl 20/20 Vile toxins (VT) vs Awakened Unbound Ailments (AUA) 5/20. I know that AUA increases the poison duration but it also has decent quality affix (DoT Multi). The POB DPS for AUA is significantly higher than VT and the damage per poison is increased (I guess because of the longer duration).

How much is the actual difference? With the high HP pools of most endgame bosses I feel like AUA will give us better damage with VT probably a bit higher burst.

Hi, I´m doing t15-t16 maps with no problems at all but i´m stugglin a bit agains big bosses like sirius or erally tanky ones, how can improve the damage my PoB is only around 1M

One big thing you can improve is buying Viper Strike 21/23 which is really cheap. It does a lot more ST dmg and you gem swap.

Outside of this, you can invest in awakened added chaos damage. You might as well improve your claws though this might be significantly more expensive than anything else.

Crafting a helm with -9 to chaos resistances will also help alongside a damage boosting enchant (either Pest strike or Viper strike).
