Indeed.. I was still in the levelling up section where you mention using RoA.. And the clear speed is really not that great with it and I also feel I lack damage. So was wondering if the build may also work with Tornado shot or not..

Sure, feel free to try whatever skill feels better. RoA and TS perform better with sources of flat damage to attacks so make sure you look for that on leveling gear.

When leveling RoA/TS I can't recommend Storm Crow/Tempyst enough. They are good leveling uniques.

From 3.9 patch note

"


* Fixed a bug where Shock was considered the same element as Chill for Yoke of Suffering.
* Fixed a bug where Sap, Brittle and Scorch were also considered the same as Chill for the purposes of increasing damage taken from Yoke of Suffering's effect.
* Fixed a bug where Poison was considered the same as Ignite for the sake of Yoke of Suffering's effect. Basically, Yoke of Suffering was broken.




So basically at least 5% increase from Enemies take 5% increased Damage for each type of Ailment you have inflicted on them

Since previously Chill and Shock counted as 1 Ailment due to bug, and now 2

So, it is somewhat favorable to choose either Quantity ammy or damage one

I will indeed be updating this guide for 3.9 so don't worry! I'm currently hoping to have everything updated across all builds within 24 hours.

While losing a bit of flat cold is definitely feels bad man, there's less of a penalty for using LMP. I think it will even out and things will be largely the same for this lady. Maybe barrage support gem swap for T10+ bosses.

Ele Hit, Added Cold, Elemental Damage with Attacks, Mirage Archer, Lesser Multiple Projectiles, Cold Penetration

Ele Hit got nerfed, LMP buffed, Mirage Archer nerfed

But Elemental Damage with Attacks, Added Cold and Cold Penetration would have plus gem

So i've been running this build and i've been back and forth between Ice shot and ele hit. Ice shot feels much better/smoother than ele hit right now. Not sure if it's i'm not super geared for ele hit? Not sure.

They need different gear. EH added damaged from gem is nerfed quite heavily. I probably need POB to check running which skills is better for quantity MFer. EH cold used to be good for freeze and chill but in 3.9 they buffed aliment base change and Ice Shot
