Use WRATH
Start upgrading your gear, amulet is terrible trash. You can get 80+ life for 1 chaos. 30+ move speed boots are also 1 chaos.

im using wrath + pres + Hoice because celestial effect feels good man

Hello guys, first time ranger here.

I just want to say that leveling through acts 1-7 so far has been a breeze and very few deaths. First time at act 5 and my fault. I died quite a lot for Abberath, but that dude is just vvery OP.

One thing I'd like to mention is that the build is not quite the league starter I expected. I just reached the Acrobatic node and found that I need a 1ex jewel (lioneye) to go further. This is quite the challenge at level 55, I think.

Overall, the build feels good and I think that after I get the lioneye jewel I will be able to upgrade items gradually.

Angry, would you propose an alternative tree before the lioneye jewel is available?

Not having the jewel does not stop you from progression at all. Just climb higher according to the tree, you can get the jewel later and start speccing in claws

Also, how can I solve this mana issue? Wrath just uses too much mana, 2-3 LA and mana is over. Also, not enough physical damage to leech, since most is elemental.

I've been using poachers mark with Asphyxia. Kind solves it, but gotta keep flasking either way.

Take 1 mana leech node next to Primevil Force

This seems to be a Lightning League for me. After an Arc Witch, this now is my second Character. I'm not that far into it yet, but it feels good now with a few items that I got with the first Character.

I can only recommend getting a 4L for LA with Mirage Archer Support asap. Got myself to 4+ APS and it looks ridiculous:-)

This is something (and I am a noob) which is seldomly explained very well. There are so many oneshot mechanics that movement/mobility is king and you need skills to do damage WHILE you are moving. This is (imho) why Cyclone, Mirage Archer and the like are so good. Evasion only gets you so far, as it is RNG. Armor feels way smoother but you cannot just stack armor on everybody.

TL;DR: Great build so far, flashy and fun!

Maybe I just missed it but is there anywhere that mentions progression of the skill setups whilst levelling? I know it mentions what to use depending on whether you have 4L, 5L or 6L for the LA setup but beyond that. Right now I pretty much just use:

LA-Pierce-Volley. This is basically all I use to attack right now.

Then I have Precision and Barrage but don't really use it, though am I understanding it correctly that as long as precision is activated its buffing everything?

Then Herald of Ice on its own, again as long as its activated I assume its doing something to LA. Don't have the stats(strength) for Thunder right now.

And dash for mobility, but don't have the stats for Steelskin right now.

Sorry I know this is noob, i'm very new still.
