What is the priorty order for auras if I don't have Auls and only have enlighten 3? Is it worth getting Hatred in there or better to get 2 heralds instead?

You shouldnt have an issue while clearing maps due to the cold explosions and blood rage. You are using blood rage, right?

Also spec into an extra frenzy charge, so you have 5. This also helps, because you get 15 hits on bosses and coupled with the 20% chance to get frenzy charge.

Lastly make sure your flicker strike is 20% quality for that extra 5% chance to get on hit.

If you still have issues, try linking your Herald of Ice with Ice Bite.
