84 points (Take the frenzy nodes when you pick flicker strike. They grants 5% more damage and 14% increased attack speed each)

Double Strike, Frost blades, Lightning Strike, Wild Strike, Lacerate, Ice Crash, Tectonic Slam and Smite. I ppersonally did Double strike + Frost Blades and switched to ice Crash in Act 3.
I used Herald Of Ice + Blasphemy/Frostbite while using Hrimsorrow gloves. Works great for 1 shotting packs and sustaining frenzy charges while leveling.

Gloves: Rare Spiked Gloves
Prioritize: Life, Melee Phys, Attack Speed, Accuracy. If you can get +1 Frenzy charge on implicit that alone grants +14% attack speed and 5% more damage.

Belt:
Craft a stygian wise using Pristine Fossil + Prismatic fossil
good starter belt:

Boots: Search for boots withhigh resistance and high life. The movement speed does not matter to much. If you do not have an onslaught flask, you should craft onslaught on kill.

Flask: Be Immune to: Freeze and Curse. You are naturally immune to bleed and stun through slayer ascendency while leeching/overleeching.


Amulet: Mods in this order Life, Added phys, Critical multiplier, elemental damage with attacks.

Helmet: Craft this with Pristine fossil or buy a cheap with lots of resistance and life or some accuracy/intelligence if you need
Otherwise you can search for something like this. You can use all elements


Jewels
Tempered Flesh(70% Crit multi) or Transcendent Flesh(70% crit multi + 4% physical reduction at this location

Please keep in mind, that Tempered Flesh is very cheap and Transcendent Flesh is very expensive because it requires you to upgrade it at a Tier 3 sacrifice altar in Incursion Temple (You use Tempered flesh + Vial Of Transcendence in the altar)
So it cost you ~2 exalts to get 4% phys reduction.



Search jewels with some mods in this order
- Maximum % life
- Melee Multiplier / Global Multiplier / Multiplier with two-handed weapons
- Attack speed with swords / attack speed / attack speed with two-handed melee weapons
- Melee Physical damage with swords/two-handed weapons
- Attributes / Resistances

Watcher's Eye: Best: Critical Multiplier(Precision), Next best: Attack Damage(Precision).

None are mandatory, but 40% extra flicker damage on helmet and 16% attack speed on boots.

Can you play the build with dual-wielding instead?
Yes! I am playing with Dual-wield + astral 6link now, but it is very expensive (10 exalts pr weapon + 50 exalt armour). This is my current gear.
