Hey Muirey, thanks for the build. I had a lot of fun with it in 3.7. I am looking to return to play in 3.10 and wondering if you had any other suggested builds to try out (prefer the cyclone play style) but open to suggestions if you have any! Thanks!

Just wondering after spent countless of alteration orbs on trying to get Fortify on the "axe" but to no avail.
Just seem it's not possible anymore?

Correct it isn't possible anymore. Guide hasn't been updated in 3 leagues because I haven't had the time to do it and at this point is in need of a rework which I don't have the time to do.

That's why the thread title still says 3.7 but I guess it would be good to put "Outdated" in the title as well.
