Difference between Accuracy and "hits can't be evaded"???

Yeah that shield is a MUST.

Currently when I play without the shield and I get blinded by enemies I almost never crit even though my items are pretty good now and am level 71

fine, lycosidae. Where what you're trading for guaranteed hit is some defense or a 2hander.

Just model the alternative. Many times there's a cheap way to do better. You only hurt yourself by not even considering it ^^

Here my platform continues to be "make sure you look at both" and I get people spun up. Odd :p
