How do you sustain INT and STR requirements?

The nodes before the elementalist scion nodes gives 40 INT by itself, which helps a great deal with INT requirements.

Otherwise, Jewels, rings, amulets are other easy ways to get sufficient stats.

Not really sure where to go from here. I have switched to the defensive route. I am at the 11-13 map marker and feel like I die at least 4-5 times a level. Per PoB my DPS seems like garbage. What can I do to up both DPS and survivability. https://pastebin.com/Xq4ZwGNT

Looking for what to improve next. I have big resist issues, thanks jewels. It is kinda crazy having to fix 495% resist on basically 4 items+jewels.

I have around 3ex to spend and not sure if I should save for a good rare claw or finish crafting my rings or .. something else?

You can get the required stats on rings/amulet/jewels.

These are the best modifiers to get on the claw (Tier 1-3 is recommended):

Prefix:
1. 170-179 %Increased Physical Damage
2. 20-27 to 41-49 Adds # to # Physical Damage
3. 75-79/135-169 %Increased Physical Damage / + To Accuracy Rating

Suffix:
1. 35-38 %Increased Critical Strike Chance
2. 35-38 %Global Critical Strike Multiplier
3. 26-27 %Increased Attack Spe ed

I'm not sure how you are dying at that level. Have you tried using Fortify in your 6-link instead of ruthless?
