Atziri's Promise doesn't work with Brutality.

What would be the best way to do EQ with this build with the 3.0 changes? It seems like bleed and poison are no longer worth the attention, but at the same time there are still a lot of passives and support gems that synergize with those effects. It's sending mixed signals. For example, Executioner and Wrecking Ball now mention Ailments.

Using bloodlust on EQ and chance to bleed on Ancestral, or vice versa, still seems tempting. I'm just not sure if it's worth focusing only on phys and ignore the bleeding.

Atziri's Promise doesn't work with Brutality.

If you only have Atziri's promise then brutality might be worth it.

It gives you 60% more damage compared to maim (30% more) + Atziri's (20% more) which is a flask so it's not on all the time. Of course maim also increases the damage your totem does and reduces movement speed. So they're more or less equal.

If you also have Sin's rebirth then brutality is not worth it any more.

Well yeah, but I was just wondering if it's still doable without the uniques since you can't just go out and buy them.
