New base types might be useful:

blizzard crown - add (150-170) - (230-255) cold dmg, your hits treat cold res as 10% higher than actual value

stormrider boots - 25% less accuracy, 1 - (5-6) added lightning attack damage per 200 accuracy

Obviously both have drawbacks that may prevent them from being incorporated into the build. The boots might work well with a split personality jewel or some other mechanism to push accuracy higher on build. Current pob has 2,590 accuracy, so not worth it without some sort of change.

I am very serious. The video is just an example of the playstyle of the build. The sad part of the entire thing is you are so entitled you don't even realize that you are in the wrong. It is pretty sad and a pretty big problem with the world we live in now a days.

It takes a LOT of time and effort to go through and do these build guides and keep them up to date. Especially while working full time and taking care of a house on my own. What little free time is left over is already split into 100 different things, POE being one of them, as is the upkeep and making of build guides like this one.

To casual just throw out that you want someone to take their level 100 std char and go farm a sirius and upload the video is so beyond mind bogglingly entitled I don't even know how to begin to describe it.

This is not a video guide. It is a forum guide to explain the build in detail and to give a brief example of it. I don't have time to record and do seperate videos of a sirius kill, a cortex kill, a shaper kill, conqueror kills, minotaur kill, delve aul boss kill etc etc. Which is why I highlighted IN THE GUIDE that single target and clear are both pretty good but it is not the best sirius farmer as it has so many phases and you have to reget your frenzys every time.

If that is not good enough for you, then move on.

POB works fine. Not sure if it will cause issues if you try a pastebin of the fork version and try to upload in regular. If you are still using regular version, you should switch to the fork immediately as it is 10000000x better.

I am very interested in exploring a good many of the new base types. Some of them are super crappy IMO and some of them are very niche or suited to only certain builds (which makes them awesome in my book). Will have to see how things roll out.

Edit. Sorry found the answer i missed one spoiler

Going well in early maps. Got -24 mana cost total on jewelry atm, cheap corrupted 6L chest with life on evasion base, and trash tier claw that's holding up fine in early maps. Underleveled wrath bc I didnt have the int to push it earlier.

One issue is low hp. Too low to consider uber lab any time soon, so I'm still ailment vulnerable. Basically need t1-2 life on everything plus %life jewels in all slots asap. Without that, right now I'm rocking 3k hp. There's quite a bit of %max life nodes the build doesn't take: 47% without any wasted nodes pathing to them. I'll be taking those next.

Similar problems here, though I've been pretty distracted by Ritual mechanics so I'm level 66 but only just into act 10. I've taken some extra life nodes as well as a couple of life / mana leech nodes (near to Vaal Pact) before I can buy a couple of decent cluster jewels. Also took one of the +30 int nodes around there too to help with levelling wrath.

Damage is awesome with 7 frenzy charges and a half decent claw, having no problems with big packs in Rituals and campaign bosses. 5 linking with Hypothermia for the freeze + Herald of Ice really helps for clearing too.

PoB doesn't work in either versions, even my own imported build doesn't work anymore. I think they messed up an update. I can't access the build at all to change a jewel like you suggested.

POB is working fine. If there was an issue with POB everyone would be losing it because everyone uses it. Make sure you are uploading the pastebin link in the pastebin upload and not the normal upload link. Just tried the link in guide just to triple check and imports and works fine.
