Drop the Quicksilver for either Diamond flask of Reflexes or Jade.
Go get yourself a Queen of the Forest, it doesn't need 4 Blue at the beginning.
3 Blue is ok too, check the guide for further information about that.

You don't need the +X Barrage Helmet enchant at the Beginning, but you can get a Devoto's with +2 Barrage too, it also Work's.

Quality on gem's DO matter another point.
Overall get better Rare's with more offensive stat's.

Yeah glove's lower DPS but it's life you kinda want to survive content in the late game.
Tree looks ok, kinda favored DPS huh? :3

Overall there is always room for better Rare's ;)

Ahh! got it. But what if I wanted to keep the onslaught on my HoI. Like what can I gain from dropping blood rage? Not necessary a frenzy charge replacement, could be something for boss fight like orb of storms setup?

Just tried HOI > onslaught > ice bite and realized CoH > Assassin mark > HoI > onslaught is necessary

Hmn.. you can skip the Power Charge generation, as some do.

And generate those with a Pcoc, Orb of Storms setup.
Or just swap to 2nd weapon slot and use Warcry in a Brinerot Flag anytime you need them.

Personally i want to keep the Charge generation.

OR take Cloth and Chain in the tree and put a Blue Dream / Blue Nightmare Jewel in the Jewel Socket next to it.
For Power Charge generation.

I'm using the Brinerot flag for power charge generation currently, and im thinking of dropping blood rage so I'm thinking what can I do to improve boss killing speed in a 3 slots on my wand

Orb of Storms curse on hit proj. weakness

Should I go for flask nodes next or jewel? jewel would give me 7% life + damage. I very rarely die, I'm thinking maybe flask nodes but not sure...current life is only 4.7k

I would take the Flask Node's

You can take out Crackling Speed and take a Jewel Socket for those 2 point's
Maybe a Jewel with Crit. Multi. next to Life? :3

Flask Node's boost everything offence, defense and movement speed.

Also your Stibnite and Diamond are both "of Reflexes", the inc. evasino rating does not stack.

Try to get one with Movement Speed (of Adrenaline).
