[2.3] Explosive Arrow Build - Uber viable - 100 hc/sc proof - Scion, Witch, Duelist, Mara versions

Why are the passive trees not working :( really want to build this

Hey,

following the build and having fin so far.

Due to the fact that I prefer to build up MF and the links on the mamin page are somewhat dead, what do you guys think about my tree?



Enough damage? Life?

foojin, can you re-post your gear as it is now? I decided to respec to your tree and wanted to see if you've since changed up skill gems and such. Also, which ascendancy path did you decide to go with? If I missed it in previous posts of yours then I apologize. Thanks!

Just killed Atziri at level 82 and 7.5k HP. Died a few times... not because of reflect but because of not being able to move fast enough away from flame blasts.

Gear below for those interested. Probably need to level 2 or 3 more times to eventually have her on "farm mode". That's when I consider all my builds complete. Almost there!

Slower is 'more' instead of 'increased' damage which makes it far better.

So this is partly your version of the tree right, since the last i checked Peyter's tree, he had resolute technique and no elemental overload. May i ask, how are you crit-ing? Perhaps gear links? And is it doing tons more than without the elemental overload?

No this isn't my tree, my version goes into the duelist area as well. Peyter commented one time in this thread that EO is really good. You crit all the time because of fast attack speed.

Oh snap, i did not check the threads. Is it doing much better than with resolute technique?
So i still do no need to stack any crit nodes/gears with this setup?

One nice tip, for cheap and great merc/low maps belt.
Yesterday i got thi beaty for 1 fuse:


Nice life, two nice res rolls (beware, 20-40%) and that additional burn time is epic with chance to ignite single target setup(if you have 5 or 6 link).
Definetly wont switch this until all my rest gear is finished, maybe i`ll keep it forever, for pure fun, life can get to 130++ with great leather belt, but thats 2.5-3ex and we dont have that extra burn time.
4 Link on Single target EA setup atm(EA+Conc Effect+Fire pen+Slower proj) and all bosses melting like ice cream. For now ofc.

Vaal pact build.

Foojin, would you recommend the Vaal Pact version over the build you are currently running (posted a few pages back)? Also, have you checked out Panisch's scion build (He posted his gear with some info about Marauder EA in page 60)? He didn't post a link but you can see it on his character, lots of armour without some life and evasion with no vaal pact, they seem to both have some pros and cons but since EA relies on life for everything, life leech being instant sounds like a more defensive option that stacking armour.

Right now I'm still leveling but with all this different options I'm just not sure which one is the best all around.
