Pretty awesome so far. However are there any other viable choices/ alternatives of shield we can use ?

Im currently lvl 93, and im Missing 1 Jewel Socket, 1 Block chance from rathpith shield, 2 blockchance from gloves, and i have a 3% block chance lazhwar. That means i will have 5% more blockchance.. but then i will be at 64% block chance, Where am i missing the 4 % Block chance ????
