Crit cluster across the Resolute Technique keystone?
DOES THIS REALLY MAKE SENSE?
Why dont you put Armor/ES cluster across Acrobatics. Health and Mana cluster across the Chaos Innculation. Maybe a mana leech cluster across the Vaal Pact? Oh wait, how about long range cluster across the Point Blank. OH NO PUT 100% INCREASED MANA CLUSTER ACROSS BLOOD MAGIC THAT SHOULD MAKE MUCH SENSE. These tree changes... i look toward them always but it just amazes me how much unnecessary stuff is there around the tree (not to mention illogical). Shitload of people saying RT needs a buff of any kind, and with almost to NO nerf to Crit (wow 10% multiplyer oh my god soooo nerfed) this shit with RT simply makes no sense. These make no sense to me so please if someone could clarify? |

I get that.
What I don't get is unneccesary nodes that have nothing to do with Keystone being right across it. Instead of giving Resolute Technique some kind of small additional nodes that boost like your phys dmg or something, they put fucking crit nodes across. Why no HP nodes across CI? Or ES nodes across Iron Reflexes? Cuz it doesnt make sense. But i guess it does for Resolute. Should had just put Stun cluster there. Fucking crits. It's just bad for balancing as well as bad logical decision. |

I think the placement is perfect.
Both starting off of the same node is suggesting "make a decision". Either take this crit stuff and open up a Pandora's Box of stacking percentages, paying incredible sums for gear... or take the safe road to less damage, but also less trouble, gear requirements, gear prices etc. 3.5 build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2299519

just because you don't realize it, crit had been nerfed very hard. 260% crit chance nerfed to oblivion from left side of tree, like 100% multiplier nerfed from whole tree, vaal pact & unwavering stance not available for crit builds anymore... so yes its a hard nerf to crit, and it wasn't necesarry at all. They should have buffed RT instead with like cannot crit cannot miss 100% more melee dmg or whatever. have nice day
