Auto-AFK is annoying. Please make it togglable in options.

I get your point on this, but I really can't see the bigger issue. Yes, standard behaviour isn't something people want, they want options, especially in this case.

On the other hand, if your sole communication platform with other people is through PoE whisper system and not augmented with voice comms, Skype, IRC, Jabber, Steam or any of the other uncountable ways of keeping up with other people, then I cannot feel any sympathy for missing a single whisper.

so people that are AFK now have a problem when game tells others that they are AFK?

people that have issue with that are mostly traders that multiinstance/watch movies/whatever while pretending that they are reachable when in fact they arent and are pissing buyers off

(note: im not a seller and i rarely if ever buy anything but i encounter 'false-online' people more than anything - poe.trade did a mistake allowing 'online via link')

an option should be doable - the new afk-messages are great, the auto-afk-message is not perfect imo
