Your jewellery sucks so hard :P, shield has no spell dmg on it either, your DPS will only reach closer to his if you improve on that, level up a little more and also try and corrupt aura gems to level 21.

but I think the ES may be too low, this uses an ES shield, not Rise of the Phoenix.

With level 23 Purity of Fire, this achieves 89% fire passively, means RF degens at 7.7%, this has 6.2% from tree, rest is from Vitality. Whilst it works, I'm not sure it's good without snapshotting so maybe this idea will go in the trashcan :)
