Well, i would use +1 to gems lioneyes paws and do it this way:
boots: reduced mana - wrath - anger - disc
helmet: reduced mana - bm - herald of thunder - hatred
dagger: reduced mana - bm - herald of ash/ice(whatever gives more dps)
This will give you more dps and the same amount of es.

Run 75-78 maps with rare gear? I'm still new to the game and would like to use spectral throw as my main skill.
