My dps, while fully buffed(blood rage with all charges) is 39.7k.

I'm wondering if i'm doing something wrong, or if can i easily fix something to gain more dps. If someone could help that would be awesome.

Dw bro, the jewellery is super weak and can be improved. It looks like you rely on them for a lot of res which is unfortunate but in terms on DPS, they are really lacking. You have no accuracy on like any pieces, you must be like 75%? You can fix this easily and boost your DPS to 50k+

Don't for real content (aka you care about care about xp or portals). You can't play ele reflect safely anymore, it won't help you when you need your instant leech back to full ES the most.
If you only care for DPS tooltip, ofc. Remove pcoc and life leech from the 6L. Remove lmp as well, hf.

it's less ES ofc, but more multi, crit chance, one less 30str node (you get 20 on the left highway, hope thats enough), and accu.

If you don't like to remove Nightstalker, I'd still remove From the Blade and a bit ES, to get Throatseeker. The 3x 30% inc. defense from shield are pretty strong with your ES shield btw. You need to try if they come out ahead, they did for me.
