" there is an issue with loading in some MTX or these boxes. U need to go under the buying Supporter pack section, and click on one of the supporter packs ( you dont need to buy it ) , than a animation starts on the left, where u can see what the supporterpack offers. on the right u got all the possible Versions. After it loaded in, you can leave this section and close the Mictrotansaction window. Now the Box must have loaded in. Its the same problem with some bought products. they didnt show up. Or problems with Twicht drops. U always needed to get a work around, like this Supporter pack screen |

I can't seem to find my micro transaction stash, can anyone help please?

" this box is normaly under Cosmetics , when i also have the options for Passive tree, Inventory, a.s.o . There is an Area called Cosmetics. Under that tab, u can find Specials - there must be a "NEW" tab. In there is a Chest u can open. If that dont work, and dthe Chest isnt their, u must proceed, like i explained a few Post before ( there is a bug, that sometimes Chest or MTX dont load into your account. U have to click some of the Supporter Packs and wait for the game to Stutter, when u watch the animation in there - than by suprise, everything you should have earned, is showing up ) |

" Does this work in poe1? I go to buy points or supporter packs and get redirected to browser shop outside of the game, and there's no box either in the shop or in the mtx stash. Soooo happy new year but only if you bought poe2? (I was missing around 100 bucks out of 480 or how much was it to qualify for a free key.) |

" I didnt tested it in poe1 For poe2, sure it works... but poe1 i do not know. But for that u can contact the support with the email data of the purchase. They will help. |

Not on my stash, apparently according to my account microtransactions page it was added on December 26th but in game there is nothing and continues to be nothing there.
