Well spotted, you're right.

I was thinking it was restarting but the total file size is going down.

Still annoying & doesn't bode well for stability but at least it's getting there.

I'll say it again...keep restarting the download! Whatever you dl'd before the error will be saved. It's not great, but it beats nothing.
