PS5 supporter pack not showing up in game

I got this fixed with support. I had to log into POE 1 then go to buy points and not actually order. This made everything show up. From that same page you can buy the next pack up.

Hi I have the same problem, I purchased the paladin supporter pack 30$ in ps store in the hopes to purchase the next tier (armor), and it the add on is not available for download, its still purchasable. What needs to be done here?

Hi I have the same issues and I’ve emailed the support email multiple times with no replies to all my issues regarding the divine paladin upgrade on the ps5 in-game store, the missing music player for hideout with no refunded coins and the guild tokens I donated which did not show up. This is very infuriating as I’ve also emailed them with the verification code you get in game.
