They are similar but I prefer Lich for more defenses and mana regen.

[Removed by Support] I can agree it is annoying to some extent but is not that bad and if you play lich you can spam elemental weakness to spawn them instead.

SRS provides a lot of damage for only 30 spirit and you can do T4 pinnacle bosses with SRS specific builds, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnlgpj8s4NY
